Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange any item that hasn’t been worn, washed, or damaged, within 14 days of purchase. We’re unable to make exceptions for items outside this timeframe.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sizing

JUD uses a simplified numerical sizing system across the collection to allow consistency between more fitted, relaxed and unisex styles.

Most pieces are offered in sizes 1, 2 and 3.

Some pieces are intentionally oversized, while others fit closer to the body. Please refer to individual product measurements and fit notes for more specific guidance.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds. For any issues with your order, please email orders@judla.com within 2 days of receiving your delivery.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 7 days of purchase, though most ship within 2–3 days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, via our shipping partner. You’ll see the final cost before completing your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international shipments—these are the responsibility of the recipient.
